If weight loss or body discontent has been an uphill battle for you and you’re ready to get FREE, then join our Weight Loss God’s Way Workshop!
Most of us don’t realize how disconnected we are to our bodies, and we are NOT kind to ourselves. Let’s get honest about why losing weight and being content with our bodies is so hard. With God, transformation IS possible, and His Way leads to hope and freedom!
This Workshop will reframe how you view weight loss and your overall health. You’ll get practical, sustainable tips that will help you build a healthy foundation for change based upon God’s Word and His Way!
Begin Again Healthy Living Series
This new class incorporates physical activity, designed for any fitness level or ability, and health information! The first 40 minutes will be active followed with interactive learning related to the wellness topic for the week.
Please bring a fitness mat & indoor workout shoes. *It is requested to contact one of the instructors, for special accommodations, at least one week prior to the first class.
Week 1 -Revive: We will discuss how your body’s energy is generated and used along with the importance of conditioning your body with activity. Identify how you can increase your energy and participate in an activity as a group. Please bring a fitness mat & indoor workout shoes.
Week 2 –Digest: We will participate in group activity to enhance digestion and open the abdominal muscles.
We will discuss how the whole body wins when your digestion works at its optimum. We will share information on gut support for overall health. Please bring a fitness mat.
Week 3 -Rest(ore): We will concentrate on relaxing activities for stress reduction and refueling our body and spirit. It is vital to balance life’s stressors with replenishing your body, so you will learn tools to thrive even when life is very full.
